PARK HOURS

6.52.040 Violations – Penalties.
6.52.010 Purpose.
To establish the closing of the city of Ritzville park. (Ord. 915 § 1, 1995).
6.52.020 Hours of operation.
The city park shall hereafter be closed to any occupants between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless occupants have a previously scheduled event for which permission has been obtained by authorization of the city council of the city of Ritzville. (Ord. 915 § 2, 1995).
6.52.030 Signs to be posted.
The public works director is ordered to properly place signs advising the citizens and noncitizens of hours of closure. (Ord. 915 § 3, 1995).
6.52.040 Violations – Penalties.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be charged with an infraction. For a first violation, a fine of $50.00 plus costs. For a second violation, a fine of $150.00 plus costs. For a third violation and subsequent violations, a fine of $300.00 plus costs. (Ord. 915 § 4, 1995).
