BINGO GAMES, RAFFLES AND AMUSEMENT GAMES

5.25.010 Bingo games, raffles and amusement games allowed.
Bingo games, raffles and amusement games shall be allowed hereafter in the city of Roslyn to the full extent allowed under Chapter 280, Washington Laws, 1971 First Extraordinary Session. [Ord. 488 § 1, 1971.]
5.25.020 State law adopted – Violation, penalty.
All of the provisions of said Chapter 280, Washington Laws, 1971 First Extraordinary Session, are hereby adopted by reference insofar as they apply to and are within the power and legal authority of the city of Roslyn, provided, violations of this chapter and violations under this chapter of the provisions of said Chapter 280 as adopted by reference shall, for purposes of this chapter, be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not more than $250.00 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. 5.25.030 Copy on file.
Three copies of said Chapter 280, Washington Laws, 1971 First Extraordinary Session, are on file in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept on file there, and available for inspection and reading upon request. [Ord. 488 § 3, 1971.]
