POUND MASTER

6.10.010 Interference with duties of pound master.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to within the limits of the city of Roslyn, Washington, either take away from the control of the pound master of the aforesaid city, while said pound master is in the lawful discharge of the duties of his office, or to attempt within the limits of the city of Roslyn, Washington, to take away from the control or custody of said officer while he is in the lawful discharge of the duties of his said office therein, any animal of any kind whatever that he may then have in his custody or control or over which he may at the time be attempting to secure custody and control, or to willfully and knowingly hinder, delay or resist any such officer in the lawful discharge of the duties of his said office in said city. 6.10.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $3.00, nor more than $50.00. [Ord. 165 § 2, 1908.]
