ONE-WAY STREETS AND TRAFFIC

10.40.010 Sixth Street.
Sixth Street from Utah Avenue to Arizona Avenue is designated for one-way traffic moving from northwest to southeast. Appropriate signs shall be erected giving notice thereof as required by law and thereafter vehicles shall be driven along said street only in the direction designated. 10.40.020 Third Street.
Third Street from Oregon Avenue to Wyoming Avenue is designated for one-way traffic moving from northwest to southeast. Appropriate signs shall be erected giving notice thereof as required by law and thereafter vehicles shall be driven along said street only in the direction designated. [Ord. 912 § 1, 2001.]
10.40.030 Fifth Street alley.
Fifth Street alley from Montana Avenue to Memorial Way is designated for one-way traffic moving from southwest to northwest. Appropriate signs shall be erected giving notice thereof as required by law and thereafter vehicles shall be driven along said street only in the direction designated. [Ord. 912 § 1, 2001.]
10.40.040 Penalties.
For the conviction or violation of any provisions of this chapter, the violator shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $250.00. [Ord. 912 § 1, 2001; Ord. 900 § 1, 2000.]
