10.55.010 Driving on arterial streets.

The paved street extending over First Street, Nevada Avenue and Seventh Street, through the city of Roslyn, Washington, is hereby declared to be an arterial street or arterial main traveled highway, and the operator of any motor vehicle entering upon the same from a public or private highway, road, street, alley, way or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles on such arterial street or arterial main traveled highway and shall come to a full stop thereat. 10.55.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5.00 and not more than $50.00. [Ord. 311 § 2, 1928.]
