The City clerk is hereby appointed to be the City agent responsible to receive claims for damages made under Chapter 4.96 RCW. Other than vacation, sick leave, and other temporary absences, the City clerk shall be available to receive claims for damages during normal City Hall business hours at Sammamish City Hall, 486 228th Avenue NE, Sammamish, Washington 98074-7209. 2.35.020 Recording with auditor.

The City clerk is requested to record the ordinance codified in this chapter with the King County auditor. (Ord. O2001-91 § 2)
