7A.02.010 Park facility hours.

Activities for groups using City of Sammamish park facilities Sundays through Thursdays shall open at 8:00 a.m. and cease at 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved in the use permit. Activities for groups using City of Sammamish park facilities Fridays and Saturdays shall open at 8:00 a.m. and cease at 12:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved in the use permit. (Ord. 7A.02.020 Park hours.

City of Sammamish open spaces, trails, park areas and associated marine areas are open from dawn to 30 minutes after sunset, unless open for scheduled or reserved recreational activities. (Ord. O2021-531 § 3 (Att. A))

7A.02.030 Presence in parks during hours of closure.

No person may enter or be present in a City of Sammamish open space, trail, park area, facility or associated marine area during hours of closure, except persons using City of Sammamish park facilities as part of an event authorized by the department. Any person violating provisions of this rule shall have committed a criminal misdemeanor. (Ord. O2021-531 § 3 (Att. A))
