A fire protection district is duly organized within the County to be known as “San Juan County fire protection district number two.” The boundaries of the district are as described in the petition for formation thereof and are conterminous with the shoreline of Orcas Island. 2.56.020 District number three.
The area of San Juan Island, exclusive of the area of the town of Friday Harbor, is declared a fire protection district to be known as “San Juan County fire protection district number three.” (Res. 35-1958. Formerly 2.60.020)
2.56.030 District number four.
The County council has declared “San Juan County fire protection district number four,” with the boundaries thereof the boundaries of Lopez Island, duly organized as a fire protection district. (Ord. 41-2007 § 2; Res. 11-1962. Formerly 2.60.030)
2.56.040 District number five.
The County council has declared “San Juan County fire protection district number five,” with the boundaries thereof the boundaries of Shaw Island, duly organized as a fire protection district. (Ord. 41-2007 § 3; Res. 12-1962. Formerly 2.60.040)
2.56.050 District number six.
Stuart Island is organized into a fire protection district known as “fire protection district number six,” legally described as:
All of Sections 20, 21, 28, 29, 33, 34; the SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 27; all of Section 28 excluding Reid Harbor State Park. All of the above described lands in T37N, R4W, W.M., on Stuart Island only (not to include other minor islands) in San Juan County, Washington.
