OFFENDER WORK PROGRAM

There is created the position of offender work program supervisor which shall be filled by appointment by the mayor. This position may be filled by one or more part-time employees or a full-time employee. The offender work program supervisor shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor. (Ord. 1667-10 § 1 (part), 2010)
2.112.020 Scope of authority.
The offender work program supervisor shall be responsible for the day to day administration of the city’s offender work program. (Ord. 1667-10 § 1 (part), 2010)
2.112.030 Program created.
There is established the offender work program. This program shall provide the municipal court of Sedro-Woolley with the option to sentence offenders to perform work in the community on such terms and conditions as the judge may impose and within the rules of the program. The mayor or his designee is authorized to promulgate rules and policies for the operation of the offender work program. (Ord. 1667-10 § 1 (part), 2010)
