EXPENSE ALLOWANCE

2.84.010 Expense allowance.
The mayor and councilpersons shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in performance of their duties on the same basis as all other city employees. (Ord. 1174 § 3, 1993)
2.84.020 Mileage allowance.
City employees, including elected officials, who are authorized to use their private vehicles for city business shall be reimbursed for vehicle mileage expenses incurred in performance of their duties at a rate equal to the standard mileage rate then in effect, as established by the Internal Revenue Service for deduction purposes.
