REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE REVENUE FUND

There is created a special fund of the city to be designated the Sedro-Woolley refuse collection service revenue fund (herein called the “revenue fund”). The city covenants and agrees to pay into the revenue fund all of the gross earnings and revenue derived by the city from the collection and disposal of refuse (including any solid waste material) including charges levied and collected for providing such service.
