PATHS AND TRAILS FUND

There is created a city fund to be known as “paths and trails fund.” The purpose of this fund is to receive and collect money from the motor vehicle fuel taxes received and transfer such money into the “paths” category of the street department for construction and maintenance expenses as the council decides.
