12.40.010 Purpose and authority.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for uniform guidelines for transportation impact analyses (TIAs) conducted for projects and improvements occurring within the corporate limits of the city of Sequim. (Ord. 2023-025 § 1 (Exh. A))

12.40.020 Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines.

The director of community development and the director of public works maintain uniform guidelines for TIAs entitled “City of Sequim Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines.” The Guidelines may incorporate state and federal standards by reference and must comply with the city’s concurrency management ordinance (Chapter 20.10 SMC). The Guidelines will be made available to the public on the city’s official website and to property owners or contractors upon request. (Ord. 2023-025 § 1 (Exh. A))

12.40.030 Revisions to Guidelines.

Substantive revisions to the Guidelines will be adopted by resolution of the city council. Revisions to the Guidelines may be promulgated by the department directors and authorized by the city manager, consistent with the relevant plans as adopted by the city council. (Ord. 2023-025 § 1 (Exh. A))
