11.02.010 Model traffic ordinance—RCW provisions—Adopted.

The Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC (“MTO”), along with RCW 46.16A.030, 46.16A.070, 46.16A.200, 46.16A.455, 46.16A.530, and 46.19.050, is adopted by reference, including all future amendments or additions thereto as provided in Chapter 46.90 RCW, with the exceptions of WAC 308-330-250, 308-330-275, 308-330-500, 308-330-505, 308-330-510, 308-330-520, 308-330-525, 308-330-530, 308-330-535, 308-330-540, and 308-330-560. The provisions of the MTO shall apply uniformly upon the streets of the city, unless specifically indicated otherwise. The MTO shall be kept in the office of the Shelton city clerk for use and examination by the public. The remainder of the provisions of this title shall be considered supplementary to the MTO.
