VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES

20.56.010 Violations—Penalty.
Any person who wilfully violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of this title or its provisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not in excess of one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in jail for not to exceed ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1353-892 § 3, 1992: Ord. 987 § 20.01, 1979)
