Anacortes School District No. 103 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are established as follows:

Beginning at the meander corner between Sections 2 and 3, Township 34 N, R 2 E.W.M.; thence S 1/2 mile, more or less, along the Section line to the NE corner of Section 10, said Township and Range; thence, W, along the N line of Section 10, one (1) mile, more or less, to the NW corner of Lot 4, in said Section 10; S and SW, through Similk Bay to a point on the Skagit-Island County line, said point being directly opposite the SW corner of Skagit Island; thence, NW and W, following the Skagit-Island County line, to the Skagit-San Juan County line; thence, N, along the said Skagit-San Juan County line, to an intersection with the Skagit-Whatcom County line; thence, E along the said Skagit-Whatcom County line to a point five (5) miles W of the shore line of Bellingham Bay, said point lying about two (2) miles N of Vendovi Island; thence, SE, through Bellingham Bay and Padilla Bay, W of Point William and E of Hat Island, to a point in Padilla Bay known as Corner No. 2, Plat of the Associated Oyster Lands; thence, SW to the meander corner between Sections 2 and 3, Township 34 N, Range 2 E.W.M., being the point of beginning of this description.

6.64.020 Burlington - Edison School District No. 100.

Burlington - Edison School District No. 100 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are established as follows:

Beginning at a point where the Whatcom-Skagit County line intersects the low-tide line of Samish Bay; thence E approximately ten (10) miles, more or less, to the NE corner of Section 3, Township 36 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence S three (3) miles, thence W two (2) miles to the SW corner of Section 16, Township 36 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence S 4 3/4 miles, thence E 1 1/4 miles, thence S 3 3/4 miles, more or less, to the main channel of the Skagit River; thence following the main channel of the Skagit River in a generally SW direction to a point one-half (1/2) mile W of the E boundary of Section 12, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M., thence N to the S boundary of Section 1, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M.; thence W following the section line 43/4 miles, more or less, to a point where the section line intersects Indian Slough; thence following Indian Slough to the low-tide line of Padilla Bay in a generally MW direction around William Point; thence following the low-tide line of Samish Bay in a generally E and N direction to the point of beginning.

6.64.030 Concrete School District No. 102.

Concrete School District No. 102 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are established as follows:

Beginning at the NE corner of Section 34, Township 37 N, Range 8 E.W.M.; thence W along the S line of Sections 27, 28, 29 and 30 of said Township and Range, and the S line of Section 25, Township 37 N, Range 7 E.W.M., to the SW corner of said Section 25; thence N 4 miles, more or less, to the NW corner of Section 12, Township 37 N, Range 7 E.W.M.; thence E five (5) miles to the SW corner of Section 2, Township 37 N, Range 8 E.W.M.; thence N 7 miles, more or less, to the NW corner of Section 2, Township 33 N, Range 8 E.W.M.; thence E six (6) miles, more or less, to the NE corner of Section 3, Township 38 N, Range 9 E.W.M.; thence S 53/4 miles, more or less, to the high water line of the Upper Baker Storage Reservoir (also known as the 729 foot Contour line); thence W and S along said 729 foot Contour line to a point 2,000 feet N of the S line of Section 30, Township 37 N, Range 9 E.W.M.; thence W along a line parallel to and 2,000 feet N of the S line of said Section 30, and the S line of Section 25, Township 37 N, Range 8 E.W.M. to the N and S centerline of said Section 25; thence S 1,900 feet; thence W 1.5 miles to the W line of Section 26, Township 37 N, Range 8 E.W.M. at a point 100 feet N of the SW corner thereof; thence S 100 feet to the point of beginning.

The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:

Commencing at the NE corner of Section 12, Township 33 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence W two (2) miles thence N 1/2 miles, thence W 1-1/2 miles, thence N 1/4 mile, thence W along the E-W boundary between Section 31, Township 34 N, Range 4 E.W.M., and Section 6, Township 33 N, Range 4 E.W.M., to the point where it intersects the South Fork of the Skagit River; thence in a NW direction on the South Fork of the Skagit River to a point where the South Fork intersects the North Fork of the Skagit River at the mid point of Section 36, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M., thence along the main Channel of said North Fork in a SW direction approximately five (5) miles more or less to a point in Section 7, Township 33 N, Range 3 E.W.M., where the North Fork of the Skagit River empties into Skagit Bay; thence in a SE direction along the meander line of the beach to a point where it meets the S Boundary of Skagit County; proceed thence E along the boundary line between Skagit and Snohomish Counties approximately 8 1/4 miles more or less, to the SE corner of Section 32, Township 33 N, Range 5 E.W.M., thence N three (3) miles, thence W two (2) miles to the SE corner of Section 13, Township 33 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence N two (2) miles to point of beginning. Beginning at the NW corner of Section 6, Township 33 N, Range 8 E.W.M.; thence E 18 miles to the NE corner of Section 1, Township 33 N, Range 10 E.W.M.; thence S six (6) miles to the Snohomish County Line at the SE corner of Section 36, Township 33 N, Range 10 E.W.M.; thence W 18 miles to the SW corner of Section 31, Township 33 N, Range 8 E.W.M.; thence N six (6) miles to the NW corner of Section 6, Township 33 N, Range 8 E.W.M., the place of beginning. LaConner School District No. 311 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:

Beginning at a point in the NE corner of Section 8, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M.; thence S 2-1/2 miles along the Farm-To-Market Road to the mid-point of the E boundary of Section 20, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M.; thence E 1/2 mile; thence S 1 mile; thence E 1-1/2 miles to the mid-point of the E boundary of Section 27, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M.; thence S 1 mile; thence W 1/2 mile; thence S 1/2 mile; thence W 1/2 mile; thence S 1 mile; thence 1/2 mile in a SE direction along the highway to the N boundary of the Plat of Rexville; thence E along the N boundary of said Plat of Rexville in an E direction approximately 1/3 mile, more or less; thence S along the E boundary of said plat of Rexville to the main channel of the North Fork of the Skagit River; thence following the main channel of the North Fork of the Skagit River in a generally W direction to a point where said river empties into Skagit Bay; thence SW to the Island County line; thence in a NW direction along the Skagit-Island County line to a point directly opposite a point on the SW corner of Skagit Island; thence in a NE direction through Similk Bay and along the E side of the Puget Sound Pulp and Timber Railroad right-of-way to the NW corner of Lot 4, Section 10, Township 34 N, Range 2 E.W.M.; thence E 1 mile, more or less, to the NE corner of Section 10, Township 34 N, Range 2 E.W.M.; thence N 1/2 mile, more or less, to the low-tide line; thence following the low-tide line in an E direction to the mouth of Indian Slough to the point of intersection with the N Section line of Section 7, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M.; thence E 1-1/4 miles, more or less, to the point of beginning.

Mount Vernon Consolidated School District No. 320 is declared to be duly organized. The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:

Beginning at the point in Section 4, Township 34 N, R 4 E where Nookachamps Creek intersects the Skagit River, thence following Nookachamps Creek in a southeasterly direction through Sections 4, 3, 10 and 15, Township 34 N, R 4 E to the point where said Creek intersects the east boundary line of said Section 15, thence south along the east boundary line of Sections 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 34 N, R 4 E, and Section 3, Township 33 N, R 4 E, to the mid-point of the east boundary of said Section 3; thence west 1-1/2 miles, thence north 1/4 mile, thence west 1-1/2 miles, thence north 1/4 mile to the SE corner of Section 31, Township 34 N, R 4 E, thence west along the south boundary of said Section 31 to the point where said boundary line intersects the center point of the South Fork of the Skagit River; thence following the South Fork in a northwesterly direction to the point where it enters the Skagit River; thence in a southwesterly direction following the North Fork of the Skagit River to the point where it intersects the east boundary of the Plat of Rexville; thence north and west, following the boundary of the Plat of Rexville; thence north and west, following the boundary of the Plat of Rexville to the point where it intersects the highway; thence 1/2 mile in a northwesterly direction along the highway to the southwest corner of Section 3, Township 33, R 3; thence north one mile, thence east 1/2 mile, thence north 1/2 mile, thence east 1/2 mile, thence north one mile to the mid-point of the east boundary of Section 27, Township 34, R 3; thence west 1-1/2 miles; thence north one mile; thence west 1/2 mile; thence north 2-1/2 miles to the northwest corner of Section 9, Township 34 N, R 3 E; thence west 3-1/2 miles to the mid-point of the north boundary of Section 12, said Township and Range; thence south along the centerline of said Section 12 to its intersection with the mid-point of the Skagit River; thence following the meander line of the river through said Section 12, and through Sections 7, 8, 5 and 4, Township 34 N, R 4 E, to its intersection with Nookachamps Creek, the point of beginning.
