The boundaries of said district are established as follows:
Beginning at the meander corner between Sections 2 and 3, Township 34 N, R 2 E.W.M.; thence S 1/2 mile, more or less, along the Section line to the NE corner of Section 10, said Township and Range; thence, W, along the N line of Section 10, one (1) mile, more or less, to the NW corner of Lot 4, in said Section 10; S and SW, through Similk Bay to a point on the Skagit-Island County line, said point being directly opposite the SW corner of Skagit Island; thence, NW and W, following the Skagit-Island County line, to the Skagit-San Juan County line; thence, N, along the said Skagit-San Juan County line, to an intersection with the Skagit-Whatcom County line; thence, E along the said Skagit-Whatcom County line to a point five (5) miles W of the shore line of Bellingham Bay, said point lying about two (2) miles N of Vendovi Island; thence, SE, through Bellingham Bay and Padilla Bay, W of Point William and E of Hat Island, to a point in Padilla Bay known as Corner No. 2, Plat of the Associated Oyster Lands; thence, SW to the meander corner between Sections 2 and 3, Township 34 N, Range 2 E.W.M., being the point of beginning of this description.
6.64.020 Burlington - Edison School District No. 100.
Burlington - Edison School District No. 100 is declared to be duly organized.
The boundaries of said district are established as follows:
Beginning at a point where the Whatcom-Skagit County line intersects the low-tide line of Samish Bay; thence E approximately ten (10) miles, more or less, to the NE corner of Section 3, Township 36 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence S three (3) miles, thence W two (2) miles to the SW corner of Section 16, Township 36 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence S 4 3/4 miles, thence E 1 1/4 miles, thence S 3 3/4 miles, more or less, to the main channel of the Skagit River; thence following the main channel of the Skagit River in a generally SW direction to a point one-half (1/2) mile W of the E boundary of Section 12, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M., thence N to the S boundary of Section 1, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M.; thence W following the section line 43/4 miles, more or less, to a point where the section line intersects Indian Slough; thence following Indian Slough to the low-tide line of Padilla Bay in a generally MW direction around William Point; thence following the low-tide line of Samish Bay in a generally E and N direction to the point of beginning.

The boundaries of said district are established as follows:

The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 12, Township 33 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence W two (2) miles thence N 1/2 miles, thence W 1-1/2 miles, thence N 1/4 mile, thence W along the E-W boundary between Section 31, Township 34 N, Range 4 E.W.M., and Section 6, Township 33 N, Range 4 E.W.M., to the point where it intersects the South Fork of the Skagit River; thence in a NW direction on the South Fork of the Skagit River to a point where the South Fork intersects the North Fork of the Skagit River at the mid point of Section 36, Township 34 N, Range 3 E.W.M., thence along the main Channel of said North Fork in a SW direction approximately five (5) miles more or less to a point in Section 7, Township 33 N, Range 3 E.W.M., where the North Fork of the Skagit River empties into Skagit Bay; thence in a SE direction along the meander line of the beach to a point where it meets the S Boundary of Skagit County; proceed thence E along the boundary line between Skagit and Snohomish Counties approximately 8 1/4 miles more or less, to the SE corner of Section 32, Township 33 N, Range 5 E.W.M., thence N three (3) miles, thence W two (2) miles to the SE corner of Section 13, Township 33 N, Range 4 E.W.M., thence N two (2) miles to point of beginning.
