MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON DESIGNATED PROPERTY

10.24.010 Definition—Motor vehicles.
“Motor vehicle” shall mean every vehicle which is self-propelled and every vehicle which is propelled by electric power obtained from overhead trolley wires, but not operated upon rails; provided however, that tractors and other equipment utilized in the maintenance of the property shall be permitted.
10.24.020 Operation of motor vehicles prohibited on designated property.
It shall be unlawful to operate motor vehicles as defined in this Chapter upon the following described property:
Lots 7 and 8, Plat of Mountain Vista Addition.
10.24.030 Penalty.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable by a fine of up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 7310, 1977; 46 CJ 494)
