PARTICIPATION IN THE WASHINGTON STATE EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM

The town of Skykomish, Washington, does authorize and approve the membership and participation of its eligible employees in the State Employees’ Retirement System, pursuant to RCW 41.40.410, and authorize the expenditure of the necessary funds to cover its proportionate share for participation in said system. (Ord. 111 § 1, 1964)

2.30.020 Copy to board.

The clerk is hereby directed to transmit a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter to the retirement board of the said system as evidence of such authorization and approval. (Ord. 111 § 2, 1964)
