3.20.010 Definitions.

“Town” means the town of Skykomish, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, and its respective successors and assignees. (Ord. 211 § 1, 1990)

3.20.020 Charges.

There is hereby levied and there shall be collected from each person or entity that has a water hook-up within the town limits of Skykomish a monthly fee of $5.10 per hook-up. Any subsequent amendments to this section may be made by resolution. (Res. 174 §§ 1, 2, 1999; Ord. 211 § 2, 1990)

3.20.030 Billings.

The town clerk shall include the street lighting charge on all utility billings and shall allocate any payments received on the billings first to payment of the street lighting charge. Any excess funds remaining at the end of the year may be transferred to the town’s current expense fund. (Ord. 211 § 3, 1990)
