3.30.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the regular town council meetings as the given time for approval and release of warrant payments. (Ord. 402 § 1, 2008)

3.30.020 Approval.

Town of Skykomish warrants shall be approved at the regular town of Skykomish council meetings. Payment of warrants then will be issued to the creditors. (Ord. 402 § 2, 2008)

3.30.030 Exceptions.

The clerk/treasurer and mayor shall pay the following creditors without prior council approval, but subject to council approval at the first meeting following payment. The exceptions are payroll for the town of Skykomish, A.W.C. Employee Trust (medical insurance), state of Washington retirement systems, the monthly 941 deposit, quarterly taxes, the U.S. Postmaster, and construction and permitting fees for the town of Skykomish wastewater system.
