The city administrator is hereby authorized to promulgate written policies, procedures and fees for use of city meeting rooms and other public facilities, other than park facilities, which shall become effective upon the approval of the chair of the finance and administrative committee, which approval shall be recorded in the committee’s minutes. (Ord. 1030 § 1, 2008).
