21.40.010 Procedures to be broadly disseminated to public.

The procedures for suggested amendments to the comprehensive plan, zoning code and development regulations as set forth in this title shall be broadly disseminated to the public. An information sheet containing a summary of the procedures established herein shall be available at the city administration office, and shall be posted in the customary city posting locations. Summaries of the procedures established herein shall also be included in the city newsletter at least quarterly. Information regarding procedures for suggested amendments, as well as updated copies of all dockets, shall be made available on the city’s web site. (Ord. 827 § 1, 1998).
