1.06.010 Noncharter code city classification adopted.

There is hereby adopted for the city of Soap Lake, Washington, the classification of noncharter code city, retaining the same general plan of government under which the city of Soap Lake is currently organized but governed according to Chapter 35A.12 RCW, the mayor-council plan of government of the optional municipal code. (Ord. 946 § 1, 2000).

1.06.020 Copy forwarded to state.

The city clerk-treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to forward to the Secretary of State a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter for filing pursuant to RCW 35A.02.040. (Ord. 946 § 2, 2000).
