2.36.010 Created – Separate budget and vouchers.

A separate utility known as the city garbage department shall be created with a separate budget entry and all receipts shall be received by the city garbage department and all disbursements made from funds received from the department upon separate vouchers labeled as garbage department vouchers. (Ord. 217 § 3, 1952).
