OPEN SPACE LANDS FEE*

3.04.010 Established.
There is established, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 84.34 RCW, an application fee for all persons making application to the county assessor to have their lands classified as open space lands, and the fee is established at $25.00 upon submission of the application, and an additional $25.00 upon approval of the application. (Ord. 422 § 1, 1971).
