MUNICIPAL COURT

2.20.010 Established.
The municipal court of the city of South Bend is hereby established and shall have such jurisdiction and shall exercise such powers as provided under the laws of the state of Washington including, but not limited to, Chapter 3.50 RCW together with such other powers and jurisdiction as generally conferred in this state by either common law or by express statute. (Ord. 1094 § 1, 1984).
2.20.020 Effective date.
It is necessary for the protection of the health, safety and public welfare of the citizens of the city of South Bend that this chapter take effect January 1, 1985, as stated in RCW 3.50.060. (Ord. 1094 § 2, 1984).
2.20.030 Deposit schedule.
The South Bend municipal court clerk shall deposit such moneys collected or received by him or her with the treasurer of the local government on Friday of each week. (Ord. 1444, 2011).
