17.60.010 Implementation of Comprehensive Plan.

The regulations of the SVMC are intended to implement the City’s official Comprehensive Plan and, as such, may be amended from time to time. A copy of the Comprehensive Plan shall be kept in the office of the city clerk, and it shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours or on the City’s website. Applications for rezoning any land use action shall be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. (Ord. 16-018 § 6 (Att. B), 2016).
