3.04.010 Funds combined to create one fund.

In accordance with RCW 46.60.115, the street fund and the arterial street fund are hereby combined to create the city street fund. (Ord. 632, 1995)

3.04.020 Arterial street fund closure.

The arterial street fund is hereby closed and all assets and liability of the arterial street fund at the end of 1995 shall be transferred to the city street fund. (Ord. 632, 1995)

3.04.030 Severability.

The provisions of this chapter are declared to be separate and severable. The invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or portion of this chapter, or the invalidity of the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this chapter, or the validity of its application to other persons or circumstances.
