FASTENING ANIMALS TO OR POSTING PLACARDS ON STRUCTURES

8.08.010 Unlawful acts.
It is unlawful for any person to tie or fasten any horse or other animal to any telephone pole, telegraph pole or light pole, or any hydrant or shade tree situated upon any of the public streets or highways within the corporate limits of the city of Sultan, or to post any bill or placard upon any such telephone pole, telegraph pole or light pole, or hydrant or shade tree. 8.08.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $25.00 and costs for each offense. (Ord. 61 § 2, 1912)
