10.14.010 Adoption – Amendment.
This chapter hereby incorporates by reference the Model Traffic Ordinance (MTO), chapter 308-330 WAC, and the addition of any new section to or amendment or repeal of any section in this chapter will be deemed to amend this chapter or part thereof that shall not be necessary for the legislative authority to take any action with respect to such addition, amendment or repeal. 10.14.020 Severability.
If any provision of this chapter, or chapter 308-330 WAC, MTO, adopted by reference in this chapter is determined to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions of this chapter and those remaining provisions of chapter 308-330 WAC, MTO, shall remain in force and effect.
