12.10.010 Street and traffic signs – Authority.

The Public Works Director shall be responsible for placement and designation of placement of street signs, traffic signs and other public signs on and along City rights-of-way, with such placement being consistent with the requirements of State statutes, administrative code regulations, traffic flow requirements, and of the facets involved in the placement of such signs. 12.10.020 Records of sign placement.

The Public Works Director shall be responsible for keeping and maintaining records of the placement of street signs, traffic control signs and other public signs in the street rights-of-way. [Ord. 1769, 1991.]

12.10.030 Review of decisions of sign placement.

The City Council shall be empowered to review and hear requests for placement of signs in variance with the placement of signs as determined by the Public Works Director. [Ord. 1769, 1991.]
