18.06.010 Adoption of the Yakima County critical areas ordinance.

The City of Sunnyside hereby adopts the Yakima County critical areas ordinance by reference, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section as “Exhibit A” and a copy shall be filed in the office of City Clerk for use and examination by the public in accordance with RCW 35A.12.140.
