FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND

3.44.010 Created.
There is created a special fund to be known as “federal shared revenue fund.” All funds received from the federal government under the federal shared revenue plan shall be deposited to such fund and expenditures shall be made therefrom as authorized by the council in accordance with the requirements and priorities of the federal and state laws pertaining thereto. (Ord. 206 § 1, 1973).
