WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.52.010 Created – Deposits – Expenditures.

There is created a special fund known as the water construction fund. All funds received from the Farmers Home Administration shall be deposited to such fund, along with state funds designated as Community Economic Revitalization Board funds which will be transferred into this fund from the C.E.R.B. fund. Expenditures shall be made therefrom as authorized by the council in accordance with the requirements of the federal and state laws pertaining thereto. (Ord. 359 § 1, 1984).
