CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT – PUBLIC WORKS TRUST FUND

3.68.010 Established – Deposits – Expenditures.

There is established a fund known as “capital improvement – public works trust fund No. 305.” All funds received from the Washington State Department of Community Development Public Works Trust Fund Loan and the quarter-cent realty excise tax shall be deposited to such fund and expenditures shall be made therefrom as authorized by the council and in accordance with the Public Works Trust Fund Loan requirements.
