INDECENT EXPOSURE

9.28.010 Designated.
A person is guilty of public indecency if he makes an open and obscene exposure of his person or the person of another knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm. Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00. (Ord. 300 § 1, 1980).
