APPEALS
Sections:
14.14.010 Appeals – Judicial.
A. Administrative Decisions. Administrative decisions may be appealed to the Yakima County Superior Court.
B. City Council Decisions. City council decisions may be appealed to the Yakima County Superior Court.
C. Hearing Examiner Decisions. Decisions of the hearing examiner may be appealed to the Yakima County Superior Court.
D. Costs. Any and all costs for preparing records ordered by the superior court or desired by the appellant shall be borne by the appellant.
E. Procedure. A petition to appeal to the superior court must be filed within 21 days of the decision subject to appeal pursuant to Chapter 36.70C RCW. (Ord. 2004-17 § 1, 2004).
14.14.020 SEPA appeals.
SEPA determinations may be appealed judicially; provided:
A. The appeal is linked to the appeal of a specific government action regarding the project permit together with its accompanying environmental determination pursuant to RCW 43.21C.075. (Ord. 2004-17 § 1, 2004).
