STREET CONSTRUCTION/RESTORATION – PLAN CHECKING AND INSPECTION SERVICE FEES

12.18.010 Applicability.
The fees required by this chapter to be paid to the city for the performance of plan checking and inspection services shall apply to all streets constructed or restored within the city.

12.18.020 Definition.
For the purpose of this chapter, the following term shall have the meaning set forth:
A. “Inspections” means partial inspections performed by the city of street facilities where the builder or developer’s engineer has performed full inspection of the facilities and furnished complete as-built drawings to the city.

12.18.030 Amounts designated.
The fees to be paid to the city for the city’s plan checking services and inspection services shall be as established by resolution of the city council. All plan checking fees shall be paid to the city upon submittal of the plans and all inspection fees shall be paid to the city prior to the commencement of actual construction. Any resubmittal fees shall be paid at the time of resubmittal. Any re-inspection fees shall be paid to the city prior to the issuance of any building permits.
