OFFICIAL SURETY BONDS

2.60.010 Furnished – Amounts.
Official surety bonds shall be furnished by each person appointed to and assuming the appointive offices below designated, in the amounts set opposite the respective offices, said bonds to be delivered for filing with the town clerk-treasurer after approval by the mayor and town council, the premium for such bonds to be paid by the town, such bonds to be co-extensive with the appointive term, or in the event of no fixed term to be renewed annually:
