INTEREST ON PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

1.17.010 Authorization to charge and collect penalties on past due accounts.

The finance director is authorized to charge a penalty on all past due accounts or obligations for which a penalty has not been established by statute or local ordinance. The penalty on such accounts or obligations shall be one percent per month. (Ord. 2022-23 § 1, 2022; Ord. 95-10 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1995).
