The municipal department of the district court is designated as “The Municipal Court of Walla Walla” and was established pursuant to the provisions of RCW Chapter 3.46 and Resolution No. 93-135 of the Walla Walla county commission. (Ord. 94-12 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1994).
2.29.020 Judges.
Each full time judge of the Walla Walla district court, and such pro tem judges as appointed by the presiding judge of said district court, shall be designated as judges of the Walla Walla municipal court. (Ord. 94-12 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1994).
2.29.030 Jurisdiction.
The jurisdiction of the municipal court shall extend only to matters arising from ordinances of the city, or from statutes of the state adopted by reference by the city. (Ord. 94-12 § 1(Exh. A)(part), 1994).
