VEHICULAR CROSSING OF FIRE HOSE

10.07.010 Crossing fire hose at emergency scenes.

No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of a fire department when laid down on any street, or private driveway, to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the fire department official in command. (Ord. 95-20 § 1(part), 1995).

10.07.020 Crossing fire hose at nonemergency scenes and drills.

No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of the fire department at any nonemergency scene or drill without the consent of the fire department official in command. (Ord. 95-20 § 1(part), 1995).

10.07.030 Violation – Penalty.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, any person convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punished as provided in Section 1.24.010 of this code. (Ord. 95-20 § 1(part), 1995).
