RECREATION TRAILS

10.25.010 Defined.
A. “Mill Creek Recreation Trail” means that trail traversing the north Mill Creek levee from Cambridge Drive and Eastgate Lions Park to the easterly city limits near Walla Walla Community College.
B. “Highway 12 Recreation Trail” means that trail paralleling Highway 12 on the north side of the city beginning at Wellington Avenue and proceeding westerly to 8th Avenue, including that segment on the south side of Highway 12 from the Borleske Stadium underpass to Rees Avenue.
C. “Fort Walla Walla Park Recreation Trail” means that trail in Fort Walla Walla Park between Chestnut Street on the Veterans Administration Hospital grounds near the Blue Ridge Elementary School entrance and westerly to the Fort Walla Walla Amphitheater. (Ord. 95-20 § 1(part), 1995).
10.25.020 Riding motor-driven vehicles prohibited – Exception.
It is unlawful for any person to ride a motor bike, motorcycle or other motor-driven vehicle upon a recreation trail within the city limits. The provisions hereof shall not apply to authorized maintenance vehicles. (Ord. 95-20 § 1(part), 1995).
10.25.030 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in Section 1.24.010 of this code. (Ord. 95-20 § 1(part), 1995).
