SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENTS*

12.08.010 Assessments for sidewalk construction or reconstruction.

Chapter 35.68 of the Revised Code of Washington, as amended and as it may hereafter be amended, is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter. (Ord. 99-27 § 18, 1999: prior code § 9.36.010).

12.08.020 Sidewalk construction or reconstruction for areas not longer than one block in length.

Chapter 35.69 of the Revised Code of Washington, as amended and as it may hereafter be amended, is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter. (Ord. 99-27 § 19, 1999: prior code § 9.36.020).

12.08.030 City powers not restricted.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit or repeal any existing city powers. The methods of sidewalk construction and repair contained herein shall not be construed to impair any other method which may be followed. (Ord. 99-27 § 20, 1999: prior code § 9.36.040).
