13.24.010 Unlawful acts designated.

No person, firm or corporation shall use for sewerage purposes, or connect any sewer, waste, drain or pipe, or throw or deposit any slop, garbage, sawdust or other offensive or nauseous material in any stream or creek within the limits of the city. (Prior code § 1.20.070).

13.24.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punishable as set forth in Section 1.24.010 of this code. (Prior code § 1.20.080).
