The provisions of Chapter 19.60 RCW are adopted in its entirety, except the following language of RCW 19.60.020 shall be amended as follows: The words, “in any city of the first class in this state” shall be amended to read: “in the city of Wenatchee, Washington”. (Ord. 2536 § 1, 1984)
