6A.20.020 Opening or consuming liquor in public places.
(1) Except as otherwise permitted by law, no person shall knowingly open the package containing liquor or knowingly consume liquor in a public place.
(2) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 2006-36 § 1)
6A.20.030 Possessing or consuming liquor in parks.
(1) Except as otherwise permitted by law, no person shall knowingly possess or consume any liquor in any publicly owned park.
(2) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 2006-36 § 1)
6A.20.040 Definitions.
For purposes of this chapter, the following sections of the Revised Code of Washington (“RCW”) as now or hereafter amended are hereby adopted by reference as part of this chapter in all respects as though such sections were set forth herein in full: RCW 66.04.010 and 66.04.011. (Ord. 2006-36 § 1)
