PETTY CASH REGISTER FUND

3.32.010 Established.
There is hereby established a petty cash fund which shall be numbered 010102. The petty cash fund shall not exceed $150.00. The initial $150.00 to fund the petty cash fund shall be taken from the current expense fund. The city clerk-treasurer shall accurately record all expenditures made from the petty cash fund and charge to the appropriate city fund all funds taken from the petty cash fund. The charged funds shall reimburse the petty cash fund within 30 days. (Ord. 1272, 2002; Ord. 525, 1977)
