CLEANING FISH

6.12.010 Unlawful where.
It is unlawful for any person or persons to clean fish and wash or dump the offal into the Westport boat basin. (Ord. 345 § l, 1969)
6.12.020 Garbage dumping unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person or persons whomsoever to dump or otherwise deposit any garbage or refuse of whatever nature into the Westport boat basin. (Ord. 345 § 2, 1969)
6.12.030 Violation deemed misdemeanor.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 345 § 3, 1969)
