This chapter adopts the 1991 Washington State Energy Code, as written by the Washington State Building Code Council and filed as Chapter 51-11 WAC, and the 1991 Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code, filed as Chapter 51-13 WAC. (Ord. 907 § 1, 1992)
